Storefront Glass Installation & Repair in Atlanta, GA
From Midtown and Buckhead to the suburban office parks and shopping centers around the Perimeter, we install new storefronts and repair broken glass, doors and frames for Atlanta businesses.
What happens when you call
Talk to a glazier
Tell us what broke or what you need built. We ask about glass type, opening size, frame condition and whether the space is secure.
Make it safe, then make it right
Broken openings are boarded or temporarily glazed first. Then the opening is measured and the permanent glass is ordered to fit.
Written scope, clean records
You get a line-item estimate and photos of the damage and the finished work for your landlord or insurance carrier.
Commercial storefront glass across metro Atlanta
Atlanta has one of the largest stocks of retail and office space in the Southeast, and much of it was built in the 1980s and 1990s. Those storefronts and window walls are now at the age where insulated units fog, gaskets shrink and crack, sealants fail and door hardware wears out. At the same time, Midtown, West Midtown and the BeltLine corridor keep adding new mixed-use buildings with large storefront and curtain wall openings.
We work on both: repairs and replacements in aging centers and office parks, and new storefronts, entrances and interior glass in new and renovated buildings.
Heat, humidity and severe storms
Georgia summers bring long stretches of heat and humidity, and spring and summer storms can bring hail, high winds and falling limbs. Glass broken by storms or debris needs to be secured quickly to keep water and intruders out, and hail can bruise glass and break insulated glass seals in ways that only show up later.
After a storm we secure the openings, inspect the full storefront and document every damaged component, so the claim covers the bruised glass and failed seals as well as the obvious breaks.
Foggy glass and failed seals
A foggy or streaked insulated unit has a failed edge seal. Moisture gets into the space between the panes, and once it is there it cannot be removed in a way that lasts. The fix is to replace the insulated unit, and in most storefront and window systems we can do that without replacing the frame. We match the glass make-up, tint and low-E coating so the new unit does not stand out from its neighbors.
Many cities, many permit offices
Metro Atlanta is split among dozens of cities and several counties. An address that sounds like Atlanta may be in Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Decatur or unincorporated DeKalb or Fulton County, each with its own building department. For storefront replacements and new installations we confirm jurisdiction before filing, so the permit is issued by the right office the first time.
Doors, hardware and accessibility
Entrance doors in busy shopping centers and office lobbies wear out closers, pivots, continuous hinges and locks. We repair and replace that hardware, adjust doors that drag or fail to latch, and upgrade entrances for accessibility, including opening force, closing speed, thresholds and push-button operators.

Atlanta storefront glass questions
What owners, property managers and tenants in Atlanta ask us most.
Can you replace foggy glass without replacing the storefront?
In most systems, yes. We replace the failed insulated unit and keep the frame, matching the tint and coating of the surrounding glass.
Do you serve Marietta and the northern suburbs?
Yes. We work across metro Atlanta, including Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Alpharetta, Roswell and Sandy Springs.
How fast can a broken storefront be secured?
The same day. We board up or temporarily glaze the opening, then install the permanent glass.
Do I need a permit to replace my storefront?
Replacing a storefront system usually requires a permit from the city or county building department. Like-for-like glass replacement often does not. We confirm with the jurisdiction.
Do you install glass for office build-outs?
Yes. We install glass office fronts, partition walls, conference room glass and glass doors for tenant improvements.
