24/7 Emergency Glass Replacement
Broken storefront glass cannot wait until Monday. Our emergency line is answered around the clock: we make the opening safe and secure, then replace the glass permanently.
What happens when you call
Call any time
Tell us what broke, how big the opening is and whether the space is secure. A crew is dispatched to make it safe.
Secure the opening
Broken glass is removed and the opening is boarded up or temporarily glazed so the business is protected tonight.
Measure and replace
The opening is measured, permanent glass is ordered to size, and we come back to install it. Photos are provided for insurance.
What counts as a glass emergency
- A storefront or door broken in a break-in or vandalism
- Glass broken by a vehicle, storm debris or an accident
- A cracked lite that is unstable and could fall
- A door that will not close or lock, leaving the building unsecured
- Any broken glass that exposes the business to weather or intruders
What we do on an emergency call
The first job is safety: removing loose and hanging glass so nobody gets hurt and cleaning up shards inside and outside the entrance. Next is security: boarding up the opening or, where possible, installing temporary glass so the business can keep some visibility and stay open. Then we measure the opening for the permanent glass and photograph the damage for the police report and insurance claim.
Permanent replacement
Some glass, such as standard clear tempered, can be fabricated quickly. Insulated, laminated, tinted, impact-rated and oversize glass takes longer. We order the right glass for the opening and the code, and return to install it and remove the board-up.
Preventing the next one
If a storefront has been broken more than once, we can recommend upgrades that make it harder to get through: laminated glass, security film and stronger door hardware. See our security glass and break-in repair services for details.

Do not see your question? Call and talk to a glazing specialist.
Is your emergency line answered at night and on weekends?
Yes. Call any time and a crew is dispatched to secure the opening.
Can you install temporary glass instead of plywood?
In many cases, yes, so the business keeps visibility and can stay open.
Will you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. We photograph the damage and provide a written scope and invoice for the claim.
How long until the permanent glass is installed?
Standard tempered glass is often ready in days; insulated, laminated and impact glass takes longer.
